This property is situated overlooking the beautiful Penberth Valley in the southernmost tip of Cornwall. It has lovely views all around and is most conveniently placed for Porthcurno, Sennen Cove and St.Ives, outstanding sea fishing, spectacular coastal walks and the famous Minack Theatre.

The local village of Treen (a quarter of a mile away) has a good general shop in the summer and the most attractive Logan Rock Inn within 3 minutes walking distance with a children's room and bar food. Penberth Cove (three quarters of a mile away) is a completely unspoilt fishing cove where it is possible to buy freshly caught fish and shellfish.

This property, owned by an Architect, provides all that one could wish for in a holiday home. It is carpeted throughout and comfortably appointed. It has a separate sitting room with a television and a dining room with adjoining kitchen. The property is fully central heated, with an open fire in the drawing room. The kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The property sleeps six. Of the three bedrooms, the first and second have double beds and the third has 2 bunk beds. Duvets are supplied for all the beds. On the first floor there is a shower room complete with WC and wash basin. On the ground floor there is a separate bathroom combining bath, WC and wash basin. Water is heated by immersion and/or central heating. The house has a large garden to the rear and a small front garden. There is adequate parking space for up to three cars.
